Maymana Arefin performed her original eco-feminist fungal poetry and vocal harmonies for soft soft with Neoprene Genie, an evening asking the question: How can we hold space for one another? Maymana’s work was a love letter to moss, mud, mycelium, more-than-human, cycles of decomposition and the entanglements of grief that hold us in intimacy and in orbit with one another.

This one-of-a-kind event in memory of beloved poet Gboyega Odubanjo included soundscapes, self care offerings and immersive sharings from a host of international artists, curated by Tice Cin.
